BLOCK PLANTER

建物の形をした卓上サイズのモルタル素材のプランター。 壁面に小さなガラス窓、上部はモルタルを流したときにできる自然な形のまま、砂利を散りばめています。 植物を直接植え込んで育てることで、雨土による経年変化により少しずつモルタルの表情が深まっていきます。 植物の成長とともに変化する様子は、時を重ねた建築のようでもあり、自然と共存する都市の風景にも見えてきます。 植え込む植物や置き場所によっても、様々な表情を楽しむことができるプランターです

This solid planter, with four concrete walls, expresses a softer side with cleard windows glittering across the walls with texture of the wood engraved alongside them.
